Process
Every project requires adaptability and versatility. My number one priority throughout my process is maintaining open and clear communication with my client - and this is an example of how that may look.

Research
Work with the client to understand goals and objectives of the project. Develop mood boards based off of the client’s vision.

Concept
Use the research and develop 2-3 rough concepts. Collaborate and review with the client to finalise a direction.

Design
The designing and production phase, where all the assets are developed or prototyped to be reviewed by the client.

Review
Back and forth feedback with the client regarding design or copy amends before the finalisation of the assets.

Finalise
Once the project is approved, all the assets will be finalised, files packaged up and sent off to the client. Continuing support is always an option.

As a retainer client, you’ll have a guaranteed spot each week/month with a fast turnaround time. This service is ideal if you need help from someone who fully understands your brand style, and would like more time to focus on other parts of your business.
